We bring in the field experience and expertise from more than 40 countries around the globe where we’ve worked in the past 20 years, and the voice of the people that we work with, to make policies more relevant towards the world challenges.

FPDL is a founding member of FOND, the Romanian NGDO Platform, which is the main partner of the Romanian Government and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the planning and implementation of the Romanian development cooperation policy. FPDL, through Olivia Baciu, was part of FOND Board of directors since 2009, holding the presidency position for two mandates, till 2015.
Since 2014, Olivia Baciu is sitting in the Board of CONCORD, the European NGO confederation for relief and development, with the Secretariat in Brussels, the main interlocutor with the EU institutions on development policies.
Our hands-on experience on advocacy provides powerful reflections and lessons learned which feed back into FPDL advocacy trainings.
